With extensive knowledge of local regulations and state zoning laws, Austin brings valuable expertise from his experience as a city planner. Having managed numerous development projects in Orange County and Los Angeles, he’s the trusted expert for permitting and zoning advice in any city. ​ Austin knows that navigating the permitting process can be tough for property owners, developers, and design teams. He approaches every situation with a solution-oriented mindset, helping to prevent delays, provide thorough development review, and offer essential preconstruction guidance.

With a hands-on approach and a strong focus on consistency, safety, and efficiency, Mike manages scheduling, field crews, equipment standards, and on-site client coordination. Their role ensures that every property serviced reflects STG’s commitment to professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
